My journey in property management began at just 17 when I started as an apprentice at a lettings agency. From those early days, I developed a deep understanding of property maintenance, tenant care, and the challenges property owners face. After a few years, I joined the Royal Navy, seeking new experiences. My time in service taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of attention to detail—skills that continue to shape how I run my property management business today.
When I left the Navy, I returned to property work in North Yorkshire, gaining valuable experience and discovering a real passion for property maintenance and renovation. Eventually, I moved back to my hometown with a vision: to create a property business that combined professional management with hands-on care. From the beginning, my aim was to build my own in-house maintenance team, capable of covering all aspects of property repairs and maintenance, ensuring every job was done to the highest standard and with complete reliability.
In the early years, I focused on developing this maintenance and renovation side of the business, building a skilled, dedicated team and refining our processes. As our experience and reputation grew, we expanded into full-scale property management.
